Wow, I basically had no luck with pictures today. It was always too dark or too cloudy or the shot was too busy or things were closed... I couldn't win. This one is at least slightly interesting. I was driving around Sudbury trying to scope out places to photograph later when I took this one almost in desperation. I went down Water Row, a road that goes by a bunch of wetlands as well as Wayside Inn Road to look at the inn, the grist mill and Martha Mary Chapel. So basically, I have a lot of places to take photographs once it's spring and a bit lighter when I'm driving home!

Stay off Water Row for the next few weeks, unless you want to go swimming. That road always floods and should be close to flood stage at the moment! Also, look for the Haynes Garrison marker on the road. One of the battles of the French and Indian war took place there.
Turning the clocks ahead this Sunday will bring more daylight! I don't think I've ever been this excited about it. :)
PS. I can see all your pics now.
The funny thing is, I realized this morning that I didn't go down Water Row, I actually went down River instead... lol. It too is rather prone to flooding. I guage when i can go down there by the sign by the bridge on 27. As long as the water is only up to about 1/2 way up on the sign it's pretty much safe, but any higher than that and you should be prepared to leave without a car.
